Method of use

Frequently Asked Questions

When is it best to take them?
During training - one tablet about an hour before the load and one after it. On a hot day or when working outdoors, the intake is spread throughout the day, always with enough water. Electrolytes only work together with it.

How do they differ from Electrolytes "B.R.A.T" diet?
The B.R.A.T. variant is a glucose sachet with ingredients of banana, apple and rice and is intended for days with an upset stomach. This one is a pure mineral formula in a tablet, for sports, heat and physical exertion.

How much is one package?
60 tablets - about two months at one tablet a day or one month at two. For sports, they are usually taken on training days, not every day.

Is there enough magnesium in them?
81 mg per tablet, or 21% of the daily intake — an amount measured for an electrolyte formula. If you are looking for magnesium in a higher dose, it is more suitable Magnesium citrate 1450 mg or Magnesium bisglycinate 750 mg.

Are they suitable for high blood pressure or kidney disease?
In these cases, the intake of potassium and sodium should be coordinated with a doctor — the same applies to taking diuretics. The formula contains both minerals in significant amounts.
