General terms and conditions

I. SUBJECT

Art. 1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between "DIZI Farm" EOOD, hereinafter referred to as "DIZI Farm", UIC 207910137, with registered office and management address: Petrich, bl. 9, ent. A, fl. 5, Bulgaria, e-mail: info@powerofnature.bg, and users who use the e-shop at https://powerofnature.bg/ and wish to conclude a distance contract.

III. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ELECTRONIC STORE

Art. 3. The e-store https://powerofnature.bg is administered by DIZZY Farm and serves as a platform for the sale of goods.

Art. 4. All statements between DIZI Pharm and users may be made electronically.

Art. 5. Conditions for registration, ordering, use of the site, rights and obligations of the parties.

Art. 6. Consumers may make electronic statements, conclude contracts, order goods, make payments, receive information and exercise the right of withdrawal, where applicable.

IV. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT

Art. 7. The procedure for registration, selection of goods, confirmation and conclusion of a distance contract is described.

V. PAYMENT

Art. 8-11. The payment options are described: cash on delivery, in BGN, including delivery cost.

VI. DELIVERY

Art. 12-24. Delivery conditions, deadlines, responsibilities upon delivery and receipt of goods, actions in case of impossibility of delivery.

VII. COMPLAINT

Art. 25-28. Rules for returning goods in case of damage, 14-day cancellation period according to the Consumer Protection Act, product condition and documents upon return.

VIII. WARRANTY

Art. 29-33. Conditions for validity of commercial warranty, defects, actions by the consumer.

IX. CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

Art. 34-41. Right of withdrawal within 14 days, notification, return of goods, exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

These General Terms and Conditions are effective from their publication and are an integral part of the electronic contract between DISI Pharm and the USER.
