Our feet carry us all day long, and we only think about them when they start to bother us – after a long walk, standing or new shoes. In this category you will find Scholl products for comfort in shoes, for rough skin on the heels and for freshness.
Gel insoles soften the step and reduce pressure on the heel and forefoot. Scholl gel insoles for women for everyday wear (there is also a men's version) are suitable for regular shoes. For foot work, there are insoles with a larger cushioning area, and for heels - gel pads and strips that protect against friction.
Dry and rough skin on the heels cracks more easily, especially in the summer when we wear open shoes. Remove the thickened skin with Scholl nano heel file or with Scholl peeling cream with natural pumice, then apply a nourishing cream. For intensive care in the evening, choose Scholl nourishing foot mask with aloe vera – socks soaked in a nourishing formula.
New shoes often rub against the skin. Scholl blister patches cover the blister and reduce friction. In the category you will also find patches and pads for corns and corns, as well as gel toe protectors. For unpleasant odors in shoes, use Scholl shoe deodorant – spray their insides in the evening so they are fresh in the morning.
How often should I change my gel insoles?
Usually every few months, depending on how much you walk. Replace them when they visibly lose their cushioning effect.
How do I use the heel file?
Use the file on dry skin, using gentle movements, once or twice a week. Then wash your feet and apply cream.
Can the insoles be cut?
Some insoles can be cut to fit the shoe. This is indicated on the packaging.
