GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ELECTRONIC STORE<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">Art. 3. The e-store https:\/\/powerofnature.bg is administered by DIZZY Farm and serves as a platform for the sale of goods.<br \/><br \/>Art. 4. All statements between DIZI Pharm and users may be made electronically.<br \/><br \/>Art. 5. Conditions for registration, ordering, use of the site, rights and obligations of the parties.<br \/><br \/>Art. 6. Consumers may make electronic statements, conclude contracts, order goods, make payments, receive information and exercise the right of withdrawal, where applicable.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>IV. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">Art. 7. The procedure for registration, selection of goods, confirmation and conclusion of a distance contract is described.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>V. PAYMENT<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">Art. 8-11. The payment options are described: cash on delivery, in BGN, including delivery cost.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>VI. DELIVERY<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">Art. 12-24. Delivery conditions, deadlines, responsibilities upon delivery and receipt of goods, actions in case of impossibility of delivery.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>VII. COMPLAINT<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">Art. 25-28. Rules for returning goods in case of damage, 14-day cancellation period according to the Consumer Protection Act, product condition and documents upon return.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>VIII.
